Clinton, swords and flying machines

It's been a while since I wrote something. So what happened lately.

Last week we made our way to Clinton and attended Clinton War. The even was originally started by the Society for Creative Anachronism (www.sca.org). There was a split a while ago so it isn't an SCA event but still kinda is. Politics.

Anyways, it was a lot of fun. Met a lot of people. Watched man running around in armor, hitting each other with sticks. All that in the middle in brutal heat. Drank, laughed and listened to bards. Life was good. But everything has to end eventually. Went back on Monday. Arrived in Kelowna on Tuesday again. Had to catch up on a couple of things and prepare for the coming week.

Right now I am on the airport in Vancouver, waiting for my flight to Montral and then to Boston. Will have a one week training. That will be my first training in Milford. Already look forward to it. The product is also pretty interesting. Isilon. If you use NAS in your company and't haven't heard of it yet, check it out.

And now a couple of pictures.
